Refrigeration Technician (1 Vacancy)

Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the daily operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the company's refrigeration systems, including central air conditioners, cold storage and industrial refrigeration equipment. Ensure the stable and efficient operation of refrigeration facilities to meet cooling demands for production, warehousing and office areas. Comply strictly with safety operation regulations, control energy consumption, and guarantee safe and cost-effective operation of all equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Capable of troubleshooting and repairing common faults of refrigeration equipment. Proficient in using maintenance tools and testing instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, multimeters and leak detectors. Familiar with the procedures and safety rules for refrigerant charging and recovery, and able to read equipment manuals, drawings and technical documents.

2. College degree or above. Majors in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Equipment Maintenance or related fields are preferred. Candidates with Operation Certificate for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment are required; those with Pressure Vessel Operation Certificate, Electrician Certificate or other relevant credentials are preferred.

3. Aged 25-40. Have 1-3 years or above working experience in operation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment. Prior experience in large-scale central air conditioning, cold storage or industrial refrigeration systems is a plus.

4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills. Able to quickly get familiar with new equipment and technologies, and independently analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Salary & Benefits

·Salary: RMB 4,000 - 5,000 per month

·Rest: One day off per week (subject to production schedule)
